Scott A. Chappelle C.P.A., J.D.

Principal, President

Scott A. Chappelle has been actively engaged in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and management since 1987. Mr. Chappelle is a Principal, and President of Strathmore Development Company which he founded in 1997. In addition, he is a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, real estate broker, and builder. Mr. Chappelle received a Bachelor of Artas degree from the Michigan State University College of Business with a concentration in finance and accounting. He also received a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1990, primarily in the areas of tax planning and controversy, real estate, and business transactions. Mr. Chappelle was also a practicing certified public accountant from 1988 to 1998, focusing primarily on taxation, computer information systems, and financial issues for developers, builders, and various small business owners. Mr. Chappelle is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Trust for Historic Preservation, United States Green Building Council, and Urban Land Institute. He is an accomplished real estate investor and developer, with substantial equity positions in all completed projects and projects under development.

Terrance A. Benton

Principal, Vice President of Real Estate

Mr. Benton is primarily responsible for new project origination, management oversight of stabilized projects, and various issues relating to projects in process. Mr. Benton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Alma College and is licensed to sell real estate in the State of Michigan. He has over 18 years of leadership experience at Midwest retailer Meijer, Inc., including operations, supply chain and logistics management, merchandising manage­ment, and served as Director of Real Estate. During his tenure at Meijer, Mr. Benton focused on new store site selection, out-lot sales, and development of in-store tenant leasing. He is also a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego, California, and the Dow Leadership Center at Hillsdale College.

Thomas R. Eckhardt J.D.

Principal, General Counsel

Mr. Eckhardt has Bachelor of Science degree, College of Engineering, from University of Michigan, and Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. Prior to assuming the position of General Counsel in 1997, Mr. Eckhardt was engaged in private practice for over ten years, specializing in employment, business and real estate law. He also has two years experience in the management-engineering department of a large university hospital, and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Allen D. Johnson C.P.A.

Principal, Controller of Stabilized Operations

Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. He has over twenty years experience as a corporate controller for various corporations in mid-Michigan, most recently as controller for a Lansing-based software developer. Mr. Johnson has been a licensed certified public accountant since 1975, and actively practiced public accounting for five years with Seidman & Seidman, now known as B.D.O. Seidman, in the Grand Rapids office. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sandra C. Orlando

Principal, Controller of Operations

Ms. Orlando has an Associates degree in accounting from Lansing Community College. Since 1997, she has acted as Controller, supervising all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial statements, payroll and sales, excise, and income tax compliance. Ms. Orlando has an additional twenty-three years of accounting and supervisory experience, including over thirteen years in public accounting with the firm of Chappelle & Company, Certified Public Accountants.

Charles W. Crouch

Principal, Government Liaison

Mr. Crouch has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. He is a SEC accredited investor and has been investing in and managing real estate for over twenty-six years. Mr. Crouch's real estate investment and management experience involves single and multi-family residential, commercial buildings, and resort properties. He also served as a Commissioner on the City of East Lansing Commission on Housing for approximately five years, and has over five years experience as a licensed stock and bond broker while employed with First of Michigan Corporation.

Julia L. Skinner J.D.

Associate General Counsel

Ms. Skinner has over fourteen years experience in the practice of law, specializing in real estate, landlord tenant, and general business law. Ms. Skinner has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Michigan State University, James Madison College, and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Since joining Strathmore Development Company in 1999, Ms. Skinner has been instrumental in both circuit and district court litigation, and is responsible for various general business and corporate issues for the Company.

Rene A. Ewing

General Operations Manager

Ms. Ewing has worked with Strathmore Development Company since 2005 and has over 15 years of property and facility management experience in the areas of multi-family, residential and commercial properties. She is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Salesperson. Ms. Ewing oversees the operations of Strathmore Development Company's multi-family projects as well as its commercial projects. Ms. Ewing also fills the roles of Marketing Manager, Property Manger, Commercial Lease Administrator and Liaison between Strathmore Development Company and its commercial tenants.

Daniel S. Siettas

Director Information Systems

Mr. Siettas has experience with many aspects of Information Technology Systems with an Associates degree from Lansing Community College in Communications and Networking along with a Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification. Mr. Siettas is also involved in managing web based systems including web presence and is well versed in facility systems involving security. Mr. Siettas has maintained and serviced a 3500+ user network consisting of Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches for a Student Housing Complex and has vast experience maintaining numerous server systems of various vendors.

Eugene J. Dylong

General Manager, Lawn Care and Snow Removal Services

Mr. Dylong has over twenty-five years experience managing full service lawn care, snow removal, and landscape companies. Mr. Dylong is responsible for Strathmore Development Company's lawn care and snow removal division and provides a full range of lawn care and snow removal services to both affiliated entities and unrelated third-party commercial and residential clients. Mr. DyLong owned and operated his own full service landscape company until March 2000, at which time it was acquired by Strathmore Development Company. Mr. Dylong continues to service his extensive number of third-party clients together with the Company's affiliates.

Samuel S. Chappelle

Commercial Leasing and Sales Associate

Mr. Chappelle is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan. He currently works part-time while attending New York University to study accounting and finance.
